Bajilo Terms & Conditions — Full Version

1. General Terms

Bajilo (bajilo.click) is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting, live betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of bajilo's website, mobile app, and all related services.

By creating an account or using bajilo's services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use bajilo's services.

These Terms and Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

2. Account Registration

When registering at bajilo, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements:

• Each person may only open one bajilo account. Multiple accounts (multi-accounting) are strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required to register.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to bajilo immediately.
• Bajilo accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or gifted to another person.

3. Age Verification & KYC

Under bajilo's terms and conditions, all users must be at least 18 years of age. bajilo may request identity and age verification documents at any time.

Accepted Identity Documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Certificate (in special cases)

Bajilo reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete. It is the user's responsibility to submit the required documents on time in accordance with bajilo's Terms and Conditions.

4. Deposits & Payments

Bajilo accepts Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT for deposits. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (different limits apply for VIP members)
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third parties are not permitted.
• If a deposit fails or is delayed, please contact bajilo support.
• Bajilo does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawal Policy

A fully verified account (KYC) is required to make withdrawals from bajilo. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (standard members)
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bajilo reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

6. Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on bajilo, make sure you have read the rules specific to that sport or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the cash-out option is available.

Key Betting Rules:

• Minimum Bet: ৳50
• Maximum Bet: subject to limits set by bajilo (varies by event and market)
• If a bet is recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bajilo reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally cancelled and stakes returned.
• Delayed bets may not be accepted in live betting.
• You may place bets on multiple markets within the same event, but conflicting bets that depend on the same outcome are not permitted.

Under bajilo's Terms and Conditions, if match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of misconduct is suspected, bajilo may withhold winnings until the investigation is concluded.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Bajilo regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are listed on the bonus page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x to 20x) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bajilo reserves the right to modify its bonus program or withdraw any bonus at any time.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Bajilo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Registration with False Information
• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse or System Manipulation
• Suspicious Betting Patterns or Fraud
• Unresolved Claims or Legal Proceedings

To dispute an account closure decision, contact bajilo support. If valid evidence is provided, the case will be reconsidered.

9. Responsible Betting

Responsible betting is an integral part of bajilo's terms and conditions. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income.

• At bajilo, you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to deactivate your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.

• For complex issues, a resolution will be provided within a maximum of 7 business days.
• Users retain the right to appeal bajilo's decisions to the relevant regulatory authority.

12. Right to Amend

Bajilo reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or a site announcement before any changes take effect.
